It amazes me how many don't understand the reason for the embargo. It's agenda is to prevent any socialist nation from succeeding. It was the same with Nicarauga.

If they were to succeed it would send a clear message to other impoverished countries....imperialism is vulnerable and the empire can be resisted.

The right tells us that socialism just doesn't work. No, it doesn't when the might of the US empire comes down on it.

It works just fine in Sweden and other nations that the US dare not attack.

Their agenda for us isn't exactly hidden. They have been trying to destroy Social Security since the Reagan administration. The Reagan administration made a serious attempt. According to Bob Dole that was the reason they lost both houses of Congress. Old people vote.

Personally and professionally, I'm dead against elitism. Why? Because not only is it wrong, it simply doesn't make sense. Imperialism like other forms of bullying typically has a hidden agenda.
